We currently use DHL official logistics, if you have special needs, please communicate with us online, or send an email to janebest@winkonlaser.com and indicate the order information, including the delivery address, order number, purchase machine, application replacement logistics method and Logistics providers.

To start a return, you can contact us at janebest@winkonlaser.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

BeauteMed factory receive 10 piece covers, we keep them in our factory. When clients order new machine, we reduce cover’s fee from the total cost. One OEM machine prepare time is 3-5 working days.
